Losing weight and toning body is one of the reason people hit the gym but gym unknowingly helps us in many other things. Here are a few points that will improve once you start hitting the gym in the morning.
1. Skin: 


Once you start going to gym and workout, you sweat, your body temperature increases letting the clogged pores unclog which helps in cleansing the skin of bacteria, dirt, oils and impurities. Perspiration is also a secret weapon for keeping our skin looking its best. Sweat is good for the skin. Water hydrates, minerals and salt naturally exfoliate, and urea and uric acid combat dry skin and skin issues. One should also take care of the sweat and not let it dry in the skin so washing skin post workout is necessary. Always cleanse your face and body before the sweat dries.

2. Confidence increases:  

Once you start going to the gym you will start accepting yourself along with the flaws. It might take a few days to start doing exercise in front of mirror but soon you will have enough confidence to face yourself and perform well without being self concerned. Hitting gym in the morning also helps you to be confident about your skin. You go there without makeup and this will improve your self esteem. You will feel more comfortable without makeup also.

3. Intake of water increases:


Once you start exercising you will drink more water than you usually would have.This helps in keeping your body hydrated, improved bowel motion, replenish the loss of water through sweat and helping your skin. It also helps you slim down when used as a substitute for sugary drinks. 

4. You wake up early:

Hitting gym will help you manage your biological clock. You wake up early. These days people have problems sleeping as well as waking up but if you go to gym it will help you in both ways. You fall asleep as well as wake up early.

5. Diet:


As you start going to the gym you consciously or unconsciously prevent yourself from eating junk, oil food and unwanted stuff. You become more health orientated.



6. Happy mood:

You will listen to music that will brighten your mood for the day.Have a nice collection of songs for morning from waking up gently to your workout session. Music will enliven you  for the rest of your day.

Have you been thinking lately that no matter what you do you aren't losing weight. You have tried different things yet you weigh same or even more. Here are some tips that you need to follow to lose weight faster.

1. Exercise:

Work on the portion of your body that you need to slim down and find appropriate exercise to get slimmer fast. You cannot expect to lose belly weight with your leg exercise right. Talk to your trainer so that he she can include more exercise of the portion you want to work out. Running and rope jumping are one of the easiest way to lose fat. Do not cheat yourself on workouts. You can utilize one day as rest day or cheat day but do not miss your  gym routine also do not over do it. 

2. Diet:

Doing exercise only will not work if you aren't going to eat well. Never skip your breakfast that is the main meal of the day. Avoid sugar, oily stuff, junks, packaged stuff that will automatically help you lose weight. Eat food that contains fiber everyday from whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Fiber helps keep you feeling full longer when you feel fuller you don't like eating every now and then which will help you in losing weight. Not all fats are bad. You need to eat fats like oil, nuts that will help you with the metabolism of your body.Always have some proteins, some calcium in your diet this will help you.

3. Water:

This can work as magic. Helps you with keeping your body hydrated as well as gives a sense of being full so you eat less. Also substituting all the sugary products with water will help you lose weight faster.

4. Cheat meal:

This has been seen in many people that they eat everything in name of cheat meal and make everyday as cheat day and eat more just with the thought that they will work it out. This can also be the the reason people do not lose weight. In order to do so you have to be honest with yourself and stick to good diet.


5. Weights:

One of the best way is to lift weights. Begin with the trainers and increase your weights of the weight you are lifting. This will help you lose weight faster.

Tips: Boost your Mood

Are you lately feeling low? There isn't a reason you can blame on; yet you are feeling down. Do not worry this things happens with everyone every once in awhile. It does to me too. I too feel hopelessly down at times. I end up sad throughout the day at times. But I have learned to bounce back to my happy mood. Here are things I do to boost my mood and my body. 

1. Laugh out loud: 

Laugh always has helped me. Even when I am sad and low I usually keep a smile on my face that helps my brain send the happy chemicals accordingly and stimulate the movement of blood to heart and lungs making our body work efficiently.



2. Clear the mind:

If we could weigh how much we carry in our head it would weigh much more than how much we actually weigh. So once in awhile thoughts that drag you down will pop up like an unwanted visitor. Clarify your head. Make peace with your past. Do not let them distract you from what has to be done.



3. Learn a new thing:

Life can appear dull when you do not have something to look forward to. So learn something new may be a new dish or a language or plan a party or may be a tour to a new place.


4. Eat and drink:

Eat less and more often. Do not miss your breakfast as that is a important part of your diet. This will keep your body refueled. Drink water every two to three hours gap. You feel irritated and low when hungry as well as dehydrated. You can add nuts to your diet and some energy bar or a drink to boost your body.



5. Power nap:

These will help you stay focused much more better than the 1 hour extra sleep in the morning. Take a power nap of 10 to 15 minutes in between the breaks. This will make your body and mind fresh.


6. Rest:

Take an hour off for yourself each day. Change the place you sleep, the location you will have different feeling and a spark for your monotonous life. Do something for yourself before bed for example manicures or read a book this will help you clarify your thoughts before going to bed and you will wake up in good mood.

7. Music:

Time to get some new songs on your playlist. Try and learn some new songs and their lyrics. Listening to songs will help you enhance your mental performances as it stimulates the brain.

8. Dance:

The best way to let go of the reason that brings you down is by dancing. All you have to know is to move with the beat. Dance to let go of the stress. To enliven yourself. Dance like nobody is watching. This will also work as an exercise that will keep you healthy as well as happy.

Girls generally grow up playing marriages of their dolls. They some how have a fantasy for the day. Well I do. If you want yours or your sister's, best friend's marriage to turn out as expected. Even if you are the bride-to-be or the bridesmaid here are some tips to help you out with your/their  dream day.
1. Dress:

Try out the dress that you will be wearing on your day. Get it fitted to your body size. You do not want people to think that your dress wasn't made for you. Have an option in case you need it.  





2. Makeup:

Try your dress with the makeup you are going to wear. Your makeup should be in combination with the colors of your dress. Makeup is to enhance your beauty not cover it. So know what kind of makeup suits you. Do not leave this for the last day it will not work out well. Take a day off visit a parlor and have them tell you what to do or best you can hire them for the day.




3. Heels:

Wear your dress with your heels when you are trying as well as when you are wearing for your final day. This will help you manage the length of the dress you are going to wear. Choose a heel that you can walk with. Some bridal heels are beautiful to look at but to hard to walk in. So buy the one that you are comfortable in. Confidence will automatically make you look good. If you have time in between your shopping and the day you can walk around for practice.




4. Jewellery:

Wear them with your dress so that you know that it matches with it as well as you will know what to add and what to remove. There are some jewellery that tend to mess with the dress. Having a trial will make you conscious and will help you save the dress.





5. Sleep:

Yes sleep well. You do not want to have dark circles on you big day. So start sleeping a little early a week before the day or so. You will have many things to catch on as the number of days decrease.




6. Maintain your weight:


If you do not want your dress to be too tight or your wedding ring to slip off your finger then manage your weight do not loose or gain beyond point of recognition.If you are planning to loose or gain weight then let your designer know about it they keep some quick fix for the day.



7. Mehendi/Heena:

This is one of the most important part of marriage in India. If you are a bride-to-be in India then always make time for it a day before the final event. This will help you with touch ups if the desired color isn't obtained as well as save you a lot of time for other things on your big day.

Tips: Have a glowing skin

Here I would like to stick to face basically. As I write from my experience. I want to share a incident. My face recently started to look like as if I was just hit by puberty. All rashes on my cheeks. Skin that looked dead and tired. Chapped mark in a few places was what aroused most of my concern. I did go to a dermatologist too.They suggested a few creams and a sunscreen. They didn't work. But here are a few tips what I actually did after letting go of every product I had. Hope this tips help you too.



1. Water works miracle:

I always replaced water with some other liquid may be coffee, juice e.t.c I was keeping my body hydrated to my knowledge but as I bounced back to water my half of the problem were solved. My skin started feeling fresh and hydrated much more than before. It also helped me with proper bowel movement. So my stomach problems and skin problem arising from it was reduced too.



2. Know your skin type:

Everybody makes mistakes in choosing products for their face as they do not know their proper skin type. Mine was normal not so oily not so dry so i had option to chose. But this may not be your case. Do stick to products that shoot your skin type. If oily go for oil controlling products and if dry chose products that will hydrate your skin. Always know what suits you best. My face skin is too sensitive for soap so all my face wash are soap free. Look for the changes when you use different face wash.



 
3. Removing makeup before bed:

Yes this is a golden rule you should stick to. If you work night shift or day do make it a point to remove makeup before you go to sleep. When you are sleeping your skin is going through a process of restoration and is rebuilding itself. With makeup, the pores get clogged and the secretion as oils, sweat which should come out of the skin are withheld making the skin look dull. Therefore washing off the makeup saves you most of the skin problems. I usually keep a rose water handy to remove makeup. You should take minimum a day or two  for no makeup day. At first this will feel awkward but soon your confidence in yourself will grow and you will learn to accept your flaws too.



4. Diet:

Eating healthy will reflect in your skin. Stay away from junk food, take away stuff and fast food as much as possible. Not all oily food are bad. Some fatty food help you gain luster for your skin. A bite of dark chocolate never does a harm rather it will help the skin to glow


5. Products:

Use products that suit your skin type. Always use a moisturizer and a sunscreen with a high SPF. Wear it according to procedure. Some of them have time issues as to be worn before 17,20 minutes before leaving the house. Also do not change all your makeup product at once that way you will not know who is the culprit in affecting your skin. Stay to minimum usages of beauty products as this will help your skin stay healthy in long run too.


6. Sleep:  

Sleep is a vital need of our body. Sleep on time and wake up on time. This will keep your mood good through out the day and your skin will look good after a good sleep. It will get time to heal and restore.




7. Clean:

Clean the makeup brushes after a certain period of time, the sponges and the blenders needs washing more often. Try changing the pillow cover too, go for a softer and smoother one for example the silk one that will also help your hair to remain manageable . Keep a face towel and do not  mix it with your body towel. Keep a towel that soaks water that way you can pat dry your skin rather than harshly rubbing it.



8. Exercise:
Get into some light exercise even if it is just a walk or dance. This will help your skin. Exercise help in increasing blood flow as well as nourishes skin by removing cellular debris out of the body.
